Sandy River Retreat
Giving you a lot of bang for the buck. This hybrid keeps the timber frame within the great room area along with its load-bearing river rock fireplace. With the conventionally framed master bedroom and bath on one side and the kitchen/dining and mudroom on the opposite side the timber frame great room. The upstairs loft opens above the great room, with six massive timbers serving as the wall treatment, and 6 x 10 rafters peaking 14' above. The bedrooms flanking each side of the loft have their own private baths.
Trevor's Retreat
Another 24' x 36' footprint offering a variety of options in roof plans, bedroom options and carriage house modifications. This plan is highly adaptable and works as a great getaway or carriage house. The plan shown here serves as a great entertaining floor plan with open views. It offers 2-3 bedrooms and loft space with a shared bath.
